A tax invoice will be processed and payment is required prior to the start of the scheduled course. You will recieve course confirmation – if you have not recieved your confirmation a week prior to the scheduled date, please contact Riëtte on 0861 638 477. If the course is not held for any reason, NetGroup's liability is limited to the refund of the full course fee. Cancellations can only be confirmed if we are advised in writing at academy@netgoup.co.za. Cancellations can be made up to one (1) week prior to the course commencement. Substitutions are welcome at any time prior to the course.
