NETGroup is a market leader in the electricity consulting industry. We provide engineering consulting, management consulting, retail operations management and training services and solutions to the electricity market. The electricity market that we focus on includes utilities, industries and mining, regulators, policy makers, project developers and financiers. Our core competencies are in the electrical power systems (retail, distribution and transmission), and we have a strong drive for energy efficiency solutions. NETGroup commenced operations in 1987, and currently employs a multi-skilled work force of 234 people comprising of engineers, business consultants, financial specialists, process analysts and information systems specialists. Our Engineering Consulting (EC) division specializes in engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for utility wires businesses, industries and private developers (both green field and brown field projects). They also offer specialized testing, auditing and commissioning / re-commissioning services to the protection and metering market. Our Utility Management Consulting (UMC) division has developed leading-edge services and solutions in the fields of utility turn-around management, restructuring, spatial demand forecasting, infrastructure planning / refurbishment / reliability, capital expenditure planning, financial modelling, tariff analysis asset valuations. Our Energy and Revenue Management (ERMS) division specializes in customer, meter, billing and collection management solutions within the utility retail market. They have developed state of the art field to office technologies to assist with data capturing, data quality checking and data portability. Our Training (NGA) division, operating under the brand name of NETGroup Academy, offers skill development and skill enhancement learning programmes to the electricity market. |
